In 1949, the German kitchen manufacturer bulthaup was founded as a furniture workshop. In the
1970s, they began producing modular kitchens, attracting attention with functional and
minimalistic designs based on the principles of Bauhaus. During an era dominated by decorative
and classic-style kitchens, bulthaup pioneered island kitchens designed for effective workflow
and continued to lead the industry.
The two lines introduced by bulthaup, 'b2' and 'b3,' redefine the kitchen not just as a cooking
space but as a living area to enjoy rich moments, anticipating the evolving lifestyles of people
over time. These beautiful kitchens, blending advanced styles with craftsmanship and ergonomic
functionality, are currently available in over 50 countries worldwide.
bulthaup kitchens and living spaces are places where people come together to connect, relax and feel at home.

b3
Freedom to design
bulthaup b3 is as individual as you are
A key feature of the 'b3' series is the 'Multifunction Wall.' This wall system, developed by bulthaup through their unique technology, allows cabinets and built-in appliances to be suspended on the wall, creating a floating installation above the floor. By utilizing this system, not only can space be efficiently utilized, but one can also enjoy the freedom to create a personalized space without being confined to predefined designs.
b2
Kitchen workshop
With bulthaup b2, three elements become one kitchen
The bulthaup "b2" series, conceived by Gerd Bulthaup during his global exploration of restaurants, where he drew inspiration from the craftsmanship of chefs, is a concept kitchen. It features a workbench equipped with a sink, stove, and preparation area, alongside a tool cabinet for storing equipment and utensils. The design focuses rigorously on optimizing the efficiency of cooking tasks with both functionality and aesthetics in mind.

Elements for the entire living space
The 'b Solitaires' is a mobile cabinet series proposing a new approach to kitchens, based on the concept of work tables. The design, highlighting the aesthetic beauty of shelves and wooden trays combined on intersecting frames, harmonizes seamlessly with both 'b2' and 'b3.' With a wide range of unit sizes, it serves various purposes, including storing tableware, serving meals, and functioning as furniture or a counter in dining and living spaces.
