RECRUITMENT TYPE1. Planner Full-time employee or associate employee
JOB DETAILSYou will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, meetings, quotations, design, construction, and delivery to ensure a seamless process for our clients.
QUALITIFICATIONWe are looking for candidates with sales experience in the interior, furniture, or construction industry, or those with design experience. Proficiency in CAD (VectorWorks) is preferred.

JOB DETAILSYou will begin by handling assistant tasks, including document creation, customer reception, and order processing, while accumulating experience. Your goal will be to advance and become a planner.
QUALITIFICATIONCandidates with fundamental knowledge in design and experience in interpersonal communication are preferred. Proficiency in CAD (VectorWorks) is required.
RECRUITMENT TYPE3. Showroom Staff(part time)
JOB DETAILSTasks include communicating with overseas contacts (mainly Germany) via email and phone, translating English documents, providing customer service at the showroom, handling basic inquiries, and managing tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, as well as sending catalogs.
QUALITIFICATIONAvailable to work four or more days per week. Proficiency in English is required. While specialized knowledge or experience in interior or kitchen-related fields is not mandatory, we welcome those with an interest in the industry.
RECRUITMENT TYPE4. Assistant staff (part time)
JOB DETAILSAs an assistant to the Planning Director, you’ll be involved in various support tasks. This includes arranging and sorting product samples, document preparation, handling phone inquiries, etc. Depending on your aptitude and experience, there may be opportunities for tasks like accompanying product deliveries to clients or assisting in showroom customer service. (No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided for beginners.)
QUALITIFICATIONAvailable Monday to Friday, capable of working at least 6 hours a day (hours are negotiable). Those with an interest in interior design, including those with no prior experience, are welcome. Proficiency in English is a plus.
RECRUITMENT TYPE5. Construction Management Manager(full-time employee)
JOB DETAILSGeneral on-site construction management during delivery to customers. You will work closely with the planning team, managing the actual budget for kitchen execution through to delivery.
QUALITIFICATIONWith basic knowledge in design are welcome. Experience in construction management with general contractors, housing manufacturers, etc., is also appreciated.

SalaryAnnual salary: ¥3,000,000 to ¥8,000,000 + incentives and bonuses according to company regulations.
・Depending on your experience, a guaranteed pre-salary may be offered to those expected to be immediate contributors.
LocationHigashishinbashi or Minamiaoyama , Minato-ku
TreatmentVarious social insurance benefits and transportation allowance (up to ¥30,000 per month) provided.
HolidaysTwo days off per week (typically on weekends and holidays, with the possibility of working on Saturdays).
 ・Employment will be on a full-time regular basis; however, there is flexibility for discussion regarding working hours and days. There is also the possibility of being hired as a flexible part-time employee.

3. Showroom Staff(part time)

SalaryHourly wage: ¥1,500 – ¥1,700 (Consideration given based on experience)
